Greetings from National Innovation Foundation-India!

As you are aware that the National Innovation Foundation - India (NIF), is India's national initiative to strengthen the grassroot technological innovations and outstanding traditional knowledge. Its mission is to help India become a creative and knowledge-based society by expanding policy and institutional space for grassroots technological innovators. NIF has been actively engaged in the incubation, promotion, and social dissemination/ diffusion of grassroots technological innovations. NIF also aimed at generating livelihood opportunities for common people through technological interventions. 

NIF organised workshop on Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development in association with NIT Calicut on February 28^th  and March 1^st, 2023 at NIT Calicut. The aim was to work out a plan for sustained engagement of innovators, social entrepreneurs and other stakeholders for the diffusion of innovations locally.
